We are proud to announce that our director, Mike Tan, reached the finals of the Wales Ethnic Diversity Sports Awards (WEDSA) 2025—and we are thrilled to share that he has been named the winner of the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award.
This honour recognises Mike’s remarkable dedication spanning over 50 years in teaching and promoting the traditional art of Budokan Karate and Sport Karate across Wales and Europe. His achievement reflects not only his lifelong commitment to the martial arts but also his philosophy of embedding these values into the learning experience at CCW Training Academy.
